Returns and guarantee
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, perishable and non perishable goods and we want our customers to be pleased with their purchase. However in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we acknowledge that you may want to return the item. Just Green cannot accept any items that have been opened or damaged and are not fit for resale.
Any items ordered in error or are found to be unsuitable may be returned to us for a full refund within 28 days of purchase, provided the item has not been opened. All costs incurred in returning the items are to be met by the customer.
For faulty or damaged items please contact us by telephone to arrange a return.
For Live Products
Purchases of our live natural products should arrive in perfect condition. If for any reason the product is damaged or defective upon receipt, we will either send replacement product as soon as possible or refund the purchase. Claims / notification would need to be lodged within 24 hours of receipt.Due to the nature of biological control and circumstances of application being beyond our control, no guarantee of effectiveness can be given. Quality of product on arrival can of course be expected.
For Non perishable Products
We operate a no nonsense guarantee which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you should contact us within 14 days to arrange a return. We will replace the item promptly or issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information given on this website at the time of publication, the Seller's policy of continuous improvement means the specification may be changed without notice. Buyers must ensure that goods are suitable for the purpose intended.
Items can be returned to us if they are defective. Please note that we can only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. If you are returning the item because of an error on our part or because the item is defective we will refund the costs of returning the item to us.
Returning an item
To return an item to us please contact customer services on 0800 3896002. The package should be wrapped securely and sent to our address below, enclosing a note detailing your name and address and the reason for the return including any faults.Just Green, Returns Department, Unit 14 Springfield Road Industrial Estate, Burnham-on-Crouch, Essex CM0 8UA.
For your protection we would recommend use of a receipted delivery service.This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancelling an item
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for purchase of any item within 7 working days, beginning the day after the delivery date.
If you decide to cancel, please inform us by contacting customer services on 0800 389 6002 and return the goods to us unopened and in their original condition.
We regret that we cannot accept cancellation of contracts for items where the packaging or seals have been broken.
To cancel, return the item to us with the sales order and delivery note confirming that you wish to cancel.

We will acknowledge your complaint by mail or letter within 5 working days and aim to resolve the complaint within 14 days. If we are unable to resolve the complaint within this timeframe we will keep in contact with you to explain the situation.
