Supplying peanuts all year round will ensure a high energy feed for wild animals in your garden.  Rich in proteins and oils they are very popular with many wild animals as well as Wild Birds. 

All Peanuts supplied are sourced from a very limited number of reputable suppliers who employ staff to test for aflatoxin in the peanuts before loading. (Alfatoxin is produced by a mould that can develop on peanuts grown and harvested in hot and humid conditions. This can be extremely harmful). We therefore take every step necessary to ensure the highest quality. If feeding to wild birds make sure the feeder is in a position that is both accessible but safe from predators such as cats. It is generally agreed that feeding throughout the year is beneficial as extra nutrition is required during the breeding season. Peanuts are best supplied by feeders (see our range of feeders).
