Prompt delivery of all orders received at Just Green is our aim and we will endeavour to despatch all orders as quickly as possible, (normally within 24 - 48 hours of receipt). To take account of transit times please allow between 2 - 4 days for delivery of your order. Given the short shelf live of our live products, despatch is made Monday – Thursday to avoid product held in the post system over the weekend. All live products are despatched first class post unless otherwise requested. Next day delivery of live insects is available subject to harvest provided orders are received before midday. An additional £5.00 charge would be made for this service.
Non live products will be despatched Monday - Friday by parcel post or overnight carrier depending on the type of priority delivery service selected with the order, and will require a signature on delivery. Orders can be left by the carrier without a signature provided you give permission to do so, and this is evident to the driver. If you are out at the time of the delivery a card will be posted through your door requesting contact.
We endeavour to keep our postage and packing costs to a minimum, and will only make a one off charge for delivery for each order placed. These are currently £1.95 per order for natural pest control products, and a single charge of £4.95 per order for all other items, regardless of quantity of products ordered.
