Prompt delivery of all orders received at Just Green is our aim and we will endeavour to despatch all orders as quickly as possible, (normally within 24 - 48 hours of receipt). To take account of transit times please allow between 2 - 4 days for delivery of your order. Given the short shelf live of our live products, despatch is made Monday – Thursday to avoid product held in the post system over the weekend. All live products are despatched first class post unless otherwise requested. Next day delivery of live insects is available subject to harvest provided orders are received before midday. An additional £5.00 charge would be made for this service.
Non live products will be despatched Monday - Friday by parcel post or overnight carrier depending on the type of priority delivery service selected with the order, and will require a signature on delivery. Orders can be left by the carrier without a signature provided you give permission to do so, and this is evident to the driver. If you are out at the time of the delivery a card will be posted through your door requesting contact.
New Delivery charges
Just Green has resisted raising delivery charges for over 2 years but increased delivery and packing costs make this position impossible to maintain. From the 7/7/08 the new delivery charges will be;
Live pest control products : £2.95 per order
All other products: £5.95 per order, irrespective of the number or size of products ordered.
EXTRA CHARGE FOR SOME POSTCODES
Unfortunately the cost to certain post codes is more expensive. For the following postcodes there will be a 100% delivery surcharge [an extra £5.95 per order]. Affected postcodes are;
AB 31-38, 40-56; BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, 1-28, 30-32, 36-49, 51-56; JE, KA 27-28; KW 1-17; PA 20-38 ; 41-49, 60-78; PH 4-50, TR21-25 and ZE
This still represents a cost effective way of buying products, the more you order the less the overall delivery charge. It also saves you the time and expense of driving somewhere to collect your goods, let us deliver directly to your door.
