The Standby Remote Control from EcoSavers® combines energy saving with the luxury of switching your electrical devices on or off by remote control. As part of the UK Government's extensive campaign to make us all aware of saving energy and ultimately CO2, we are pleased to report that the Ecosavers standby system has been selected as the choice of standby system for endorsing the 'Act on CO2' campaign. This is a prestigious endorsement given that the campaign is further supported by the Energy Saving Trust. The Ecosavers system is acknowledged as being the simplest to use but at the same time most flexible, with the facility to add unlimited additional sockets at any time.
With this product you can turn off your electrical devices simply by using the remote control, cutting off the electric power. Using the Ecosavers’ system your device will not be left in standby mode and will therefore savestandby power consumption of all the devices connected to the remote socket.
The base-set comes with a remote control and either one or three remote sockets, depending on the pack purchased. You can add additional remote sockets (available separately) for operating with one single remote control. Several sockets can be controlled by the same on/off (zone) switch of the remote control, offering many combinations of use.
Easy to set up, each remote socket can be programmed (self learning) to react to either button (zone) 1,2,3 or 4. Enjoy the luxury of remote controlled switching on/off and save energy!
The remote control operates on radio frequency, so the sockets can be placed out of sight if required.
