Very good early cooker. Grown commercially before for early markets. Cooks to a fluff, tangy and somewhat honey flavoured. Large yellow green apples with distinct rounded ribs. Hardy and scale resistant, suitable for most areas of the UK. First recorded in Kent in 1862.
