supplies of Essential Fatty Acids (EFA’s). They are essential
for health of the skin, nerves, heart and circulation and are
used to produce hormone-like substances that control many

EFA’s fall into two groups – Omega-3 and Omega-6. They are
called essential because they cannot be made or synthesised
by the body. Modern diets are generally lacking in EFA’s, and
even when they are present, they are often in the wrong ratio
with insufficient Omega-3 Fatty Acids.
Organic Omega-3&6 Fuel – 3:1 Ratio is designed to
redress this imbalance by supplying a rich source of Omega-3
Fatty Acids. Take one or two tablespoons daily on vegetables, salads
or in a blended health drink. Do not heat or use for cooking.
